What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you accept cash or iBanking transfers?
Our apologies as we are only able to accept orders via the payment methods on our website.
When will I receive my order?
We will ship your item out as soon as possible. As our order volume may be high, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your orders. After we ship your order out, it will reach you within the next 1-2 business days.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
No modification or cancellation can be made after you have placed your order.
How do I track my order?
We will courier your order via Qxpress. You will receive an email with a tracking number after we send your order, which you can use to track your order on the Qxpress website.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping will be charged at a rate of S$4.00 for the first 5kg.
An item from my delivery is missing. What do I do?
Please email us at admin@junlefont.com with your order number. We will reply to you within 24-48 hours.
